Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped within 2-3 business days. The parcels tracking ID will be provided upon shipment.

Return Policy

We offer a one-time, 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, visit our Returns page. If your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send back your package. Please note:

  • Items sent without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • Only one return label will be issued per order, so ensure your return shipment is accurate.
  • Processing your return may take up to 10 days after it is received at our facility.
  • Items sent to us that do not meet our return criteria will not be sent back to you.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can address the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for returns, including:

  • Used items, that are not in their original conditions
  • Custom or personalized items.
  • Deconstructed items

Additionally, we cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards. Any wrong items sent to us will not be returned to the sender.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item, the fastest method is to return the original item. Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of its approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund process.
